Rules of Engagement

MS One to One EU is an online community powered by Genzyme Europe BV (‘Sanofi Genzyme’) to engage the MS community to share real life challenges of living with MS and share their pre-existing solutions or, where no solution exists, helping the MS community through challenging the world to ideate possible solutions. Sanofi Genzyme is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and belongs to the Sanofi group of companies (‘Sanofi’).

When you interact with MS One to One EU you agree to comply with these Rules of Engagement. These rules must be considered alongside, but must not be seen as replacing Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube terms of use. We reserve the right to revise these Rules of Engagement from time to time.

Here are some basic rules we expect you to consider when posting your content.

• MS One to One EU is not intended as a platform for discussing treatments, products or services of Sanofi Genzyme, Sanofi or any other pharmaceutical company, or for soliciting or providing medical advice. Please, refrain from doing this. If you have personal health questions, we advise you to discuss these with a healthcare professional
• Be cautious and keep personal information personal. Don’t share your email or phone number openly with others
• Post, share and get involved with the conversation but make sure it’s not harmful, spam, disruptive, or of an illegal nature
• Have fun! Remember, this is your community and we can’t wait for you to get involved but please respect that everyone has different opinions and we want conversations to remain constructive

We will post content mainly in English. However, some posts and responses may be in other languages. We aim to respond to all non-English comments as soon as we can.

We can only confirm the accuracy of the information we post ourselves. Our interactions with members of the MS One to One EU community (follows/likes/retweets) should not be considered an endorsement of the content these members post. The same applies for links we may provide to third party websites, blogs and the like, as we have no control of their content.

Postings by members of the MS One to One EU community may be reviewed by Sanofi Genzyme. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions in case we deem a posting to violate these Rules of Engagement, which may include removal of the relevant posting and/or blocking the relevant member to have any further interactions with MS One to One EU.

Please note that this platform should not be used to report side effects related to Sanofi Genzyme or Sanofi products. Always contact your healthcare professional when you experience a side effect. If your post contains possible adverse events or side effects associated with any Sanofi product or treatment, Sanofi Genzyme may be required to contact you for further information. Whilst, if you wish to report side effects that you experience in association with the use of a Sanofi Genzyme product, please report these directly to: meldpunt.nl@genzyme.com.
